Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting in South Philly, that led to a car crash his and a shooting victim running to his house on foot, about four blocks away. Police say they received a call for a report of a shooting victim, on the 600 block of Winton Street in South Philly, shortly before 11:30 p.m., according to a report from 6 ABC ACTION NEWS.

Police say they found a 32-year old male with a deep graze wound to his head on the front steps of his house. The victim told police he was in a Chrysler 300 when he got shot. He said, he then got out of the car and ran about four blocks to his home for some help. Police said they located the Chrysler 300. The front windshield was broken-out, but police say they did not find any bullet holes in the car. Police rushed the victim to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was last listed in stable condition.
