PHILADELPHIA, P.A. (MAYFAIR/NORTHEAST PHILLY)
Police say 28-year old Tajan Durham, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder. The charges came after an incident that started when police attempted to pull Durham over on the 6800 block of Ditman Street, at around 5:20 p.m.

A report from 6 ABC last week, said police spotted a black jeep that had been reportedly used in multiple robberies around time. The Jeep was parked with no one inside. Police waited for the driver of the Jeep to return. Minutes later, the suspect (Durham) hopped into the Jeep and took off. Police tried to pull Durham over. At that point, a high-speed chase began that only ended when Durham crashed the Jeep into a pole on the 7300 block of Revere Street. Police say Durham jumped out of the car, and fired eight shots. He allegedly fired three shots at police during the high speed chase, prior to firing eight more rounds after crashing. Police say they never returned fire. Durham was eventually apprehended on Roosevelt Boulevard, after tossing his weapon on the roof of an OfficeMax Building nearby. Durham was attempting to hide under a car when he was apprehended.
Durham, nor any police officers were injured during the incident.
