Rapper Pooh Shiesty is facing life in prison when his case goes to trial. Shiesty’s charges are related to his role in a robbery that happened in Florida, according to a report from ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE.

Sheisty is accused of shooting a man in the butt during the encounter at a hotel back in October of 2020. Sheisty was the driver in a rented McClaren used to flee the scene of the crime. A Louis Vuitton bag with over $40,000 in cash inside, fell out of the driver’s seat of the McClaren during the escape.

Police traced one of the recovered bills to Sheisty. Days prior, Sheisty posted a picture on his Instagram page. Police say the serial numbers on one of the bills in the picture, matched one of the bills found at the scene of the shooting.

Shiesty also has another criminal case to fight. This time, Shiesty is accused of pulling a pistol from his waistband, and waving it around at the King Of Diamonds club in Miami. This incident happened in May of this year. During that incident, Sheisty allegedly shot a security guard in the ankle. Sheisty’s trial for the four-count indictment is set to begin October 25th.
