PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
An off-duty police officer was carjacked shortly after arriving home shortly after working her shift at the airport. 6 ABC ACTION NEWS, reported that the carjacking took place on Wednesday night at around 11:20p.m.
Two armed men wearing black clothing, carjacked the officer on Hazel Avenue near South 46th Street. The suspect’s took off in the officers 2012 Toyota Camry after the jacking. The car was found a few blocks away on the 4800 block of Osage Avenue. It had crashed into someone’s porch and left abandoned by the jackers. A police uniform was reportedly found at the scene, next to the car.
