A report from CBS-3 Philly said the incident happened at the Exxon Gas Station at Torresdale Avenue & Friendship Street at around 4 a.m. on Monday morning.

First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim shot inside of the store’s office. Police said they are familiar with the victim and that he’d worked there for several years. Police also said the entire incident was captured on surveillance video.

“Two of them were wearing dark puffy jackets, one was wearing a red jacket, they all had masks covering their faces. You can clearly see that they forced the door to the office. This is a tragedy. He was shot and killed during a robbery while working as a clerk”, said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector, Scott Small.

No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
