A 28-year old man was reportedly shot in the West Philadelphia section of the city early this morning. A CBS-3 Philly report said the incident happened shortly after midnight on the 4900 block of Aspen Street on Wednesday morning.
The shooting took place about a block away from Parkway West High School. The victim was reportedly shot in the leg and arm. He was rushed to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. Police have not given any word on a possible motive yet.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
