Philadelphia Police said they are investigating, after a 20-year old was shot on the Roosevelt Boulevard early this morning. A report from 6 ABC ACTION NEWS said the victim and a friend were walking in the area of F Street, at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

The victim reportedly told police that a white pickup truck suddenly pulled up next to him and his friend and began firing. The suspect reportedly drove off afterwards. The 20-year old and the friend both told police the alleged shooter fired at them multiple times. Police said they found only one spent shell casing at the scene.
The 20-year old suffered injuries to his hand and leg. The friend was not injured. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made so far.
