Philadelphia Police said they are investigating a shooting in North Philly, that included a robbery of a man who had just been shot and lay dying from his injuries on a North Philly street yesterday. According to a report from NBC-10 PHILADELPHIA, the incident began as a fistfight between two men on 8th & Luzerne Streets, at around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evening.
The report went on to say, things escalated when another man watching the fight, pulled out a gun and fired at least 8 shots at one of the brawlers, who was only identified as a 38-year old male.
