Philadelphia Police said they are investigating a shooting in North Philly, that included a robbery of a man who had just been shot and lay dying from his injuries on a North Philly street yesterday. According to a report from NBC-10 PHILADELPHIA, the incident began as a fistfight between two men on 8th & Luzerne Streets, at around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evening.

The report went on to say, things escalated when another man watching the fight, pulled out a gun and fired at least 8 shots at one of the brawlers, who was only identified as a 38-year old male. He was hit by gunfire three times in the chest and torso. The gunman and the other fighting combatant reportedly fled the scene in a dark colored Dodge Charger.
Shortly afterward (around 1 minute after the shooting), a man and a woman walked by the fresh crime scene. The man stopped next to the victim, before bending down and stealing the victims gun as he lay on the ground dying. He passed the gun to the woman. He then went through the victims pockets and relieved the dying man of some more items. The man and woman then fled the scene. The 38-year old victim was later taken to Temple University Hospital. He was officially pronounced dead at the hospital around 6:50 p.m.
Police say the entire incident was captured by nearby surveillance cameras. Police said they believe they know who the woman on the video was. No other suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made yet.
