Police say they are investigating, after an afternoon double shooting in West Philly left two men dead. 6 ABC ACTION NEWS reported that the shooting happened on the 1200 block of North 58th Street, at around 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

A 20-year old male was reportedly shot once in the chest. The other victim was reportedly an 18-year old male. He was shot 16 times throughout the body. Police said the 20-year old victim was currently wanted for a shooting at 52nd & Parrish Streets last year. Police believe the incident may have been drug-related.
Police say they are looking for possibly 4 gunmen who used a car that was taken from a victim in a car jacking last December.
The 20 & 18-year old victims were rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where they both were pronounced dead as a result of their injuries. No arrests have been made at this time, but police said they are looking for four gunman that used a car that was stolen in a carjacking last December. Police also said they have a surveillance video of the shooting.
