Police say 23-year old, Adolfo Serrano Meischke, is the gunman that fired the weapon that grazed a 42-year old woman in the hip on Feb. 22nd. A report from the DAILY VOICE, said the incident happened just before 2 a.m. on the 2300 block of North 52nd Street.
Meischke was arrested on Friday and charged with assault and weapons related charges. Philadelphia Police announced the arrest on Monday morning. The 42-year old woman was not hospitalized for her graze wound.
