Police in Philadelphia said a suspect fired at least 27-shots at a car in North Philly last night leaving one woman injured. Police believe the shooting may have been the result of a road rage incident.

6 ABC ACTION NEWS reported that the incident happened on 17th & Clearfield Streets at around 11 p.m. on Sunday night. The victim reportedly told police that she’d been followed by the car from 20th & Tioga Streets.
At some point, the suspect opened fire on the woman’s vehicle. The woman’s car windows and tires were hit in the hail of bullets. She was also struck by gunfire. The victim was shot in her left foot. She was taken to the hospital, and last reported to be in stable condition.
The other driver/shooter reportedly fled the scene after the shooting. No arrests have been made in the shooting yet.
