Philadelphia Police say a 12-year old boy and two other teenagers are accused of beating a man to death during a carjacking that happened in December. A 6 ABC ACTION NEWS report said 70-year old, Chung Yan Chin, was found bleeding from his head and face after the December 2, 2021 carjacking on the 3000 block of Teesdale Street, in the Mayfair section of the city.

Chin was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. He died a short time later from his injuries. Three suspects allegedly took off in Chin’s Toyota Camry after the assault. 18-year old John Nusslein, was arrested less than two weeks after the incident, on January 14th. He was charged with Chin’s murder and other related offenses. Police announced the arrests of the 12-year old teen on Wednesday. He was also charged with Chin’s murder. A 16-year old suspect is still on the run and hasn’t been captured yet at this time.
