Police in Norristown say they are currently searching for 32-year old, Elvyn Almodovar Rodriguez, who is accused of killing 28-year old, Keisha Arroyo-Rodriguez, his ex-girlfriend. According to a 6 ABC ACTION NEWS report, Elvyn Rodriguez killed his ex-girlfriend inside of her apartment while her three children were inside the home.

Elvyn Rodriguez allegedly murdered Keisha inside of her apartment shortly after 4 p.m. on January 10th of this year. The victim’s three children, aged 3, 7, and 5, were all inside of the apartment when Rodriguez allegedly shot and killed Keisha while she was in the bathroom.

Keisha’s 7-year old daughter told police she aw Rodriguez walk into the apartment and then go straight to the bathroom. The child said she then heard several loud bangs coming from the bathroom. Keisha’s daughter then walked to the bathroom and looked under the door. She ran to call her father on the telephone after she saw her mother’s body lying on the bathroom floor. An autopsy done on Keisha determined that she was killed from a single gunshot to the head.

Keisha had allegedly told her daughter’s father that Rodriguez had punched her shortly before they broke up around Christmas. As of 7:15 p.m. 1/11/2022, Elvyn Rodriguez is still at large.
