Police say a deadly hit and run in Philly’s East Oak lane section on Friday night, left on woman dead. According to a report from 6 ABC, the incident happened at around 7 p.m. on the 6300 block of Cresentville Road.

According to police, a vehicle hit a pedestrian and took off. The victim is believed to be in her 60’s. She was rushed to Albert Einstein Hospital where she died from her injuries a short while later. Witnesses say the car may have been a silver Chrysler Sedan.
