Police in Bear Delaware say 22-year old, Noah Youngs, has been accused of stealing a family’s Christmas presents, then shooting at them. A report from 6 ABC ACTION NEWS said, the incident happened shortly after midnight on Friday, on the 700 lock of Javelin Way, in Bear.
Youngs was reportedly spotted breaking into the family’s shed, by the homeowner’s son. When the homeowner went outside, while on the phone with 9-1-1, Youngs allegedly fired a single shot in the family’s direction and fled.
Police caught up to Youngs shortly afterward. Police said they found multiple wrapped gifts and a gun inside of Youngs car. He is currently being held on charges of burglary and weapons offenses.
