29-year old, Eric Meehan and 32-year old Ashley Young, were both sentenced on Monday afternoon for their parts in two violent carjackings and an attempted carjacking in Bucks County last year. The jackings left two of the couple’s victims hospitalized. The DAILY VOICE reported that the pair pleaded guilty to multiple charges back on October 12th.
Mehehan and Young pleaded guilty to charges of robbery of a motor vehicle (2 counts), aggravated assault, one count each of criminal conspiracy to commit robbery of a motor vehicle, and one count each of attempt to commit robbery of a motor vehicle. Meehan also pleaded guilty to three counts of terroristic threats, and one count of fleeing or attempting to elude police.

Meehan was sentenced to 10 to 30 years in state prison. Young was sentenced to six and a half to 20-years in state prison. Both were ordered to pay $7,700 in restitution.
