PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

Philadelphia police announced that they have made an arrest in the killing of 13-year old Alezuana “Libby” Carter, who was shot in the face in an apartment on the 1500 block of Overington Street, in April of this year. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A report from 6 ABC Action News, said the police have not released the name of the person the have in custody for Libby’s murder. Police also did not say what led them to the suspect.
