19-year old, North Philly resident, Cam Anthony, won the 20th season of NBC’s singing competition “The Voice.” Cam was one of 40 artists that began the competition. Cam secured a spot in the final 5 by judge vote. It was up to America’s vote once the top 5 began. America picked the youngbul from North Philly!
NBC-10 Philly (https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/), reported that as winner of the contest, Cam will receive $100,000 cash and a recording contract with Universal Music Group.
