28-year old, Hudhayfah Trice, has been arrested and charged with murder after a double shooting in Olney that left 25-year old, Michael Davila Rivera dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting took place on the 400 block of West Grande Avenue at around shortly before dawn on Saturday morning.
Police said Riverea was shot in the head and a 28-year old male was shot multiple times in the torso during the double shooting. The 28-year old male was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was last reported to be in critical condition.
Trice was arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder, and related crimes connected to the shooting two days later.
