A 25-year old man reportedly shot the masked suspect who robbed him for his wallet in the Olney section of the city on Thursday night.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened on the 5700 block of North Front Street at around 11:30 p.m. last night.
Police said the masked suspect pulled out a gun, went in the victims pocket and pulled out a wallet. The robbery victim then pulled out his gun and fired. The robber dropped the wallet and fled the scene on foot. The robbery victim continued firing as he did. Police said they are unsure if the robber was hit.
Police said the robbery victim was unharmed and is cooperating with the police investigation. The suspect was not identified. No arrests have been made at this time.
