A 43-year old Wingstop employee was reportedly shot by a customer after an argument at a Wingstop restaurant in the Overbrook section of the city yesterday.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened at the City Line Avenue location at around 5:20 p.m. on Sunday evening.
Police said customers were throwing bottles at the employee during the argument. Then as the customers were leaving one of them turned around and fired off one shot from their weapon, grazing the female employee in her abdomen.
“She was not transported to the hospital, but she positively identified a person that was in the store and a group of males, and they were stopped up the street. We’re also looking for a white Toyota Avalon occupied by two males that were also involved at the time”, said Inspector Michael Gormley.
No other injuries were reported.
