Two women were reportedly hit by gunfire during a shooting in North Philadelphia last night.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened on the 1900 block of North 27th Street at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday night.
First responding police reported finding one of the victims suffering from two gunshot wounds to her back. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was last reported to be in stable condition. The second victim showed up to the hospital suffering from a graze wound to the left arm. She was last reported to be in stable condition. A possible motive was not reported.
There was no word on if the victims were targeted or innocent bystanders. Inspectors said the found a weapon at the scene. No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
