An unidentified woman was reportedly shot and killed in Center City Philadelphia yesterday.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened in front of the 7-11 Store located at 12th & Chestnut Streets at around 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening.
Police said nearby surveillance video shows that there were three people involved. One woman was reportedly seen attempting to pull the male away from the victim. Moments later, the video showed the man pointing a gun at the woman on the ground. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No charges against the suspect have been announced, but police said that they do have a person in custody.
