A 17-year old boy was reportedly shot through the front window of his home while playing video games inside of the house with friends in the Frankford section of the city yesterday.
A report from Fox-29 Philadelphia said the shooting happened on the 1500 block of Adams Avenue at around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
First responding police officers at the scene reported finding the teen suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
