A report from Philly voice.com said that Homeland Security Investigation Officers and Philadelphia Police pulled over a car Rodriguez and Jenkins were riding in after the pair picked up the package and were on their way to a home in North Philadelphia on Tuesday night.

During a search of the vehicle officers found 11-gun switches hidden inside toy boxes. Police said they also found an undisclosed amount of Marijuana inside of the vehicle. Shortly afterward, authorities searched the North Philly home the suspects were headed to located on North Warnock Street. There, police said they found Marijuana packaged for sale, a loaded handgun equipped with a “switch”, and a fully automatic rifle.

Rodriguez and Jenkins were both charged with two counts of possession of offensive weapons and two counts of possessing an instrument of crime. They were also charged with drug-trafficking charges. Rodriguez bail was set at $750,000 and Jenkins bail was set at $500,000. Investigators did not disclose how they became aware of the package reportedly seized from the suspects by authorities.

The case is set to be prosecuted by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
