A 25-year old woman was reportedly shot and critically wounded during a shooting in North Philadelphia early this morning.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened on the 1900 block of North 19th Street at around 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim on the front steps suffering from gunshot wounds to her left arm and torso. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
Police said the suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a dark-colored pickup truck.
