A 69-year old woman was reportedly struck and injured during an intentional hit & run incident in North Philadelphia.
A report from NBC-10 Philly said the incident happened on the 1300 block of West Somerset Street at around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday June 28th.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
