DonateDonate monthlyDonate yearly26-year old, Justin Smith, was captured in Atlanta, Georgia, over the weekend, after being on the run for four years in connection with the 2021 murder of then 21-year old, Diana Brice, who was 3 months pregnant at the time of her murder.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said Brice was found shot to death inside of a home in Southwest Philly back in 2021.
Brice was reported missing in March of 2021. Shortly afterward she was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head inside of the Southwest Philadelphia home. Brice was last seen getting into Justin Smith’s Ford Fusion. The Fusion was later found on fire in Southwest Philly by police. The police investigation led them to the Southwest Philly home where Brice’s body was found.
An arrest warrant for Smith was issued in April of 2021. Shortly afterward, the FBI announced that there was a $25,000 reward for Smith’s capture. Smith still managed to remain on the loose for 4 years even with a $25k reward on his head.
