DonateDonate monthlyDonate yearlyOne man was reportedly killed and two other people were critically injured during a shooting inside of a ballroom in the Frankford section of the city on Monday night.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened at the ballroom located on the 4600 block of Frankford Avenue at around 10:00 p.m. on Monday night.
Two of the shooting victims were discovered outside of the ballroom. A 30-year old man was reportedly shot once in the leg and once in the torso. A 34-year old man was shot multiple times in the lower body. Both men were last reported to be in critical condition. A 29-year old man was found inside. He had been shot multiple times. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Police believe a shoot-out may have taken place inside. Two handguns were found. One of the guns was found beneath the deceased victim. A description of the shooter or shooters was not made available at this time. Police said they are reviewing surveillance footage from the business and talking to witnesses as they attempt to figure out exactly what took place. No arrests were reported.
