A report from Fox-29 Philly said Elliot was reportedly a teacher student when the bathroom incident happened at Owen J. Roberts High School in Chester County, P.A.
An investigation revealed that Elliot had engaged in similar activities when he was an athletic trainer at the Pine Richland School District between 2014-2019. And again in the bathroom of an unnamed Middle and High School.
Elliot has been charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse of children and invasion of privacy.
