A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened at North Broad Street & West Erie Avenue at around 2:00 a.m. on Monday morning.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the driver stopped at the scene and is cooperating with police.
No charges have been filed at this time.
