A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened on the 1800 block of Wakeling Street at around 10:00 a.m. on Thursday night.
First arriving police officers at the scene reported finding the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
