DonateDonate monthlyDonate yearly34-year old, Ramon Garcia from Philadelphia, has reportedly pleaded guilty to posing at a nurse to sexually assault women in Montgomery County, P.A.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the assaults happened at Carbon Health Urgent Care facilities in Jenkintown. Garcia was arrested for his crimes in April of this year.
Garcia’s official duties at the facility included signing patients in, taking vital signs, and taking blood samples if directed by a physician. Instead of his assigned duties, Garcia was reportedly performing unauthorized pelvic exams on patients.
Garcia is facing 5-10 years in prison when he is sentenced.
