DonateDonate monthlyDonate yearly42-year old, Freddie Lee Trone, was sentenced to serve 31-years to life in prison on Monday, after being found guilty of sending his 17-year old son to kill rapper PnB Rock as Rock and his girlfriend ate a meal at Roscoes Chicken & Waffles in Los Angeles, CA, in 2022.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said Trone was convicted of ordering his 17-year old son to enter the restaurant and rob PnB Rock, who wearing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. Rock was shot and killed before he was then robbed of his jewelry.
The second defendant, 17-year old Tremont Jones, was sentenced to 12-years behind bars after being convicted on multiple robbery charges. The third defendant, Shauntel Trone, pleaded no contest to a charge of accessory after the fact. She is set to be sentenced on January 25, 2025.
