A report from Fox-29 Philadelphia said police were called to the 3500 block of Gloucester Lane for a report of a person with a weapon at around 2:27 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
First arriving police at the scene said the victim was stabbed 7 times in the abdomen. He was rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. A possible motive for the stabbing was not reported.
No weapon was reported recovered from the scene. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
