DonateDonate monthlyDonate yearlyTwo young women, aged 24 and 23, were reportedly shot and critically wounded during a drive-by shooting in the Kensington section of the city yesterday.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened on the 500 block of East Tioga Street at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Police said the two victims were riding in a Dodge Charger. At some point a black SUV traveling at a high rate of speed, reportedly pulled up next to the Charger and open fired on the victims. One of the victims was shot in the head and arm. The other victim was shot in the arm and chest. Both victims were last reported to be in critical condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
