DonateDonate monthlyDonate yearlyA man shot multiple times and killed in the Olney section of the city this afternoon has been identified as 25-year old, Abdul Vicks, also known as “YBC Dul”, a well known drill rapper with ties to the YBC (Young Bag Chasers) Street gang.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said Vicks was shot on the 5500 block of North 6th Street at around 3:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
Police say Vicks was shot multiple times in his chest and hand. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
