A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened near the westbound SEPTA platform located at 15th & Market Streets at around 3:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for minor injuries. Police said the suspect was caught a short time later. The suspect’s identification has not been made available to the public at this time.
