A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened at Collins Lane Dog Park in Maple Shade Township at around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
Police said Miller allegedly performed “lewd” acts in front of the two teens. When the teens attempted to walk away he followed them.
“Uncertain as to their best course of action due to their proximity in the park, they returned to the gazebo area and the male subject started to pleasure himself again”, Maple Shade Police said in a written statement.
Miller has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness.
