A SEPTA bus driver was reportedly slashed across the face in Delaware County this afternoon.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened aboard a route 180 bus as it traveled along the intersection of Church Lane & Connell Avenue at around 1:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

Police said a passenger on the bus cut the driver in the face with a knife before fleeing the scene. The bus driver was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for injuries. He is expected to be okay. A possible motive for the stabbing was not reported.
No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made at this time.
