29-year old, Davaun Carlos Jackson and 19-year old, Isiah Rogers-Keeney have been arrested and charged with kidnapping 4 women and holding them captive inside of a shipping container.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the pair were arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday after receiving a tip from a concerned citizen.
Court records say two of the kidnapping victims witnessed a shooting in Wilkes-Barre on Monday. The two were reportedly ordered (likely at gunpoint) to get into a Ford Flex SUV by Jackson. Once inside, the two victims realized that another two women were already inside and also being held against their will. Rogers-Keeney reportedly drove the victims to a property owned by Jackson in Monroe County, P.A. Once there, the victims were tied up in the office of the property. At that point, Jackson began walking around with a chainsaw, ax, and sledgehammer as he forced the victims to have sex or have a body part cut off.
Jackson is accused of raping at least two of the women inside of the shipping container on Monday. On Tuesday morning some of the women were given back their phones after being removed from the shipping container. Two of the women were able to escape after calling a relative for help.
The suspects reportedly fled into the Pocono Mountains with the other two women still being held captive. Not too long afterward, police were called and the pair were arrested in a Walmart parking lot. Jackson has been charged with kidnapping, rape, and a host of other charges. Rogers-Keeney has been charged as an accomplice. Both are being held with no bail.
