A 38-year old man was reportedly shot and killed by a masked assailant in Southwest Philadelphia early this morning.
A report from The Philly Voice said the shooting happened at the intersection of 60th Street & Chester Avenue at around 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
The victim was reportedly shot in the face, neck, and chest. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
