Six individuals riding dirt bikes and at least one moped, reportedly fired at least 40-shots at an unidentified 54-year old man, striking him multiple times and leaving the victim deceased on a street in the Kensington section of the city earlier this week.
A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened at Potter & Huntingdon Streets at around 7:55 p.m. on Monday evening.
The victim was reportedly shot multiple times throughout the body. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
