A lucky player reportedly won $1 million on a scratch-off ticket purchased at a gas station in North Philadelphia.
A report from The Daily Voice said the winning scratch-off was sold at the BP Gas Station located on the 4100 block of Whitaker Avenue.
State Gaming Reps said the winner earned the $1 million prize playing the $20 Million Dollar Multiplier Madness game.
