Vivian M. Harrell (no age given) was reportedly arrested and is now facing criminal charges after a video seen on social media caused viewers to accuse Harrel of child endangerment.
A report from Fox-29 Philadelphia said the video is alleged to show Harrell covering the face of the 8-month old and possibly blocking the child’s air passage. She is also accused of pushing the baby’s head, while speaking in a derogatory and vulgar language.
The video was reported to Trenton Police by multiple people. Trenton’s SVU Team took over from there. Harrell was subsequently charged with 2nd Degree endangering the welfare of a child, and 2nd Degree aggravated assault.
It is not yet known if Harrell is the baby’s mother. The date for Harrell’s preliminary hearing was not reported.
