A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened on the 6600 block of Guyer Avenue at around 6:15 p.m. on Friday night.
Police said the teen was sitting in the back of a vehicle parked at the location when an argument broke out. Lewis allegedly pulled out a gun and fired into the vehicle during the fight. The bullet entered the rear window of the car and went through a headrest before hitting the teen. The teenage victim was first rushed to a nearby police station via private vehicle. Police then rushed the teen to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where she was last reported to be in stable condition.
Lewis was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and other related charges. A date for her initial court appearance was not reported.
