Five people were reportedly injured when they were hit by a 46-year old woman driving a car through a grocery store parking lot in Northeast Philly yesterday.

A report from 6-ABC Action News said the incident happened at the Shoprite located at Oxford Avenue & Levick Street at around 2:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
Four women aged 29, 45, 57, & 76 years of age were hit by the vehicle during the incident. All four victims were taken to a nearby hospital and released after being treated for “non life-threatening” injuries. A 76-year old man was the fifth victim. He was not hurt during the incident. A possible motive and intent was not reported.
Police said they did not yet know if the woman intentionally hit the victims yet, but she was detained at the scene, before being taken to booking to be processed. Her pending charges have not been made available to the public at this time.
