1 person was reportedly left dead and another was left injured and hospitalized during a double shooting in the Frankford section of the city yesterday.
A report from 6-ABC Action News said the shooting happened at the Frankford Terminal located on Arrott Street at around 4:49 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
Police said one of the victims was shot in the chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. The second victim was shot once in the back and twice in the leg. He was also rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was last reported to be in stable condition. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
A weapon was recovered at the scene, but no suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time.
