The 4th suspect in a shooting at a Septa bus stop in the Burholme section of the city that left 8 teenagers injured on March 12th, was reportedly apprehended and taken into custody in Virginia yesterday.

A report from Fox-5 Washington D.C. said 17-year old Asir Boone was taken into custody without incident by U.S. Marshals at an apartment on the 700 block of Seaton Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia at around 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
Boone was transported to the Alexandria Police Department for processing. The Supervisory Deputy for the U.S. Marshals said he hopes the arrests of the 4th and final suspect in the shooting will bring some comfort to the victims.
“I hope this final arrest brings some comfort to the student victims of this senseless crime. No child should have to fear for their safety while receiving an education and I hope these arrests can subside that fear”, said Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal for the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Task Force, Robert Clark.
