At least 40 shots were reportedly fired during a quadruple shooting that left a teenager dead in the Olney section of the city this afternoon.

A report from Fox-29 Philly said the shooting happened near the route 6 bus stop located near Ogontz & Godfrey Avenues at around 3:45 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
Police said the juvenile was shot and killed at the Ogontz Avenue location. Two women who were sitting on a SEPTA bus near the 1600 block of limekiln Pike were also hit by gunfire during the hail of bullets. A male victim was also hit by gunfire on the 2000 block of Medary Avenue. One of the women were shot in the head, but was alert and talking to paramedics about her injury. The other woman on the bus suffered a graze wound. The male also suffered a graze wound. There was no immediate word on the current condition of the victims. A possible motive for the shooting was not reported.
No suspects were named and no arrests have been made at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
